RHCC Outreach invites you to serve with us!

Filling in the Blanks Mobile Pantry on Saturday, August 15, from 7:30–9:30 AM at Cloonan Middle School, 11 W. North St., Stamford, CT.

We’re looking for 15 volunteers to help organize and distribute fresh food to individuals and families in need while offering a warm welcome to everyone we serve. Volunteers may choose to carpool from RHCC and should plan to arrive at the pantry 10 minutes before the event begins.

Registration is required no later than one week before the event. If our group does not fill all 15 volunteer spots 1 week in advance, the unfilled spots will be given to another organization.

Volunteer Requirements & Instructions:

·       Volunteers must be aged 16 and up

·       Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing for outdoors

For new Filling In The Blanks volunteers, please first create an account: HERE

Make sure to complete all of the prompts on the screen, including the waiver. If you do not complete the Qualification section, you will not be able to sign up for your event.

Then use the RHCC event link to sign up.

For new volunteers who are minors (ages 14-17), this will be a 3-step process. First, they will need to sign up for an account: HERE

They will need to answer all questions and sign the waiver.

They will then be prompted to enter their parent information and email so the parent can sign the adult waiver. The minor will not be able to register without this step being completed. **Please note that the parent email tends to go to the junk folder; please have them check there. Once the parent signs the waiver, the minor will receive an email saying this step is complete. At this point, they will be able to go to the RHCC Event link to sign up.
