Afghani Family Resettlement

Dear Members and Friends of Round Hill Community Church,
We are happy to report that with the full support of our Board of Trustees, Round Hill Community Church is entering a co-sponsorship with the First Presbyterian Church and the Greenwich International Ladies Group to resettle a family of Afghani evacuees in Greenwich.
We will be guided in this effort by Jewish Family Services of Greenwich (JFS), which will provide essential training, resources, and ongoing support. This is an incredible opportunity to change the trajectory of lives through compassion, and our combined resources.
This is a big undertaking, and we could use any help from those interested. We have 15 various teams to fill including, but not limited to:  transportation, employment, finances, youth education, and more. If you are interested in joining this endeavor please click here.
If you would like to help, but can’t commit to a volunteer role, we will gladly accept any monetary contribution or tangible items pre-approved by the Committee (furniture, bedding, clothing, etc.), or temporary and/or permanent housing options (apartment, condo, private home, in-law suite). Please note rent will be paid for.
