Meditation & Stress Reduction Group

The Meditation group seeks to draw men and women closer to God through spiritual studies and the practice of “mindfulness,” with works by authors on meditation, philosophy, poetry, and the world’s great religions in the context of Christianity.

We take turns reading, sharing, and discussing meaningful passages. During our hour together we spend some time in silent meditation and discuss the physical and mental health benefits of this practice as a way of life.

Every other Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room at Round Hill Community Church.
