Since 2006, we have dedicated a fall Sunday worship service to focus on God’s gifts of animals, to give thanks for the role that animals have held in our lives, and to reaffirm our responsibilities as stewards of God’s creation. Everyone is invited to come with or without a pet.

The service is held in the Community House. All pets are welcome, and may be kept in carriers, cages, or on a leash during the service. Some people bring a picture or stuffed animal in memory of pets who have died. Special treats are available for four-legged animals as well as humans at the coffee hour after the service
