Blessing of the Animals

Each fall we dedicate a Sunday worship service to focus on God’s gifts of animals, to give thanks for the role that animals have held in our lives, and to reaffirm our responsibilities as stewards of God’s creation. Everyone is invited to come with or without a pet.

Animals and people meet in the Round Hill Community House, located to the right of the Church. All pets are welcome, and may be kept in carriers, cages, or on a leash during the service. Some people bring a picture or stuffed animal in memory of pets who have died. Special treats are available for animals as well as humans at the coffee hour after the service

All are welcome. Please invite your friends, both two-legged and four-legged!
