Robert B. Culp, Minister
An ordained Presbyterian minister, Bob came to the Round Hill Community Church in the summer of 1999 after serving as Senior Pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, Maryland. Educated at Westminster College in Pennsylvania (BA Degree in Spanish/Education '72) and at Princeton Theological Seminary (M. Div Degree in Biblical Studies '75 and ThM Degree in Homiletics '92), Bob has served a variety of churches since his ordination in 1975. He has served as an Assistant Pastor in a 1200-member church in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, as a Pastor in a 300-member church in Kinsman, OH, as a Pastor/Head of Staff in a 600-member church in Clarksburg, WV, and as a Senior Pastor/Head of Staff in a 900-member church in Columbia, MD. He regularly participates in continuing education events.

Bob has been married to Kathy since 1972, and they are parents of three daughters - Joanna, a Neo-Natal Nurse at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, where she lives with her husband Joshua Little and their daughter Gemma and son Jonah; Cecily, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Memphis, TN, where her husband Mike is a PhD candidate in psychology; and Rebekah, a graduate of Greenwich High School, a college student, and a Licensed Beautician working in Stamford, CT. They also serve as the family for Maverick and Madison, two Cairn Terriers.

Shannon White, Assistant Minister
Shannon joined our church in 2006. Having served as Pastor of North Greenwich Congregational Church from 1995 to 2001, she certainly knew of the life of our congregation from afar and appreciated the ministry of our clergy and professional staff as colleagues. Before joining us in a staff position, Shannon had served over a dozen times in the pulpit filling in for Bob. Shannon has a daughter, Peyton, an inquisitive, vivacious blonde, whose presence lights up any room. She adopted Peyton from Moscow, and Shannon believes that she is her daughter who just happened to be born on the other side of the world. Since Shannon's position at the church is part-time, during her days away from RHCC she reports on religious issues for News 12 Westchester. Shannon has been instrumental in establishing the Center for Faith Development at Round Hill Community Church, which "nurtures an inward journey of prayer and study along with an outward journey of worship and engagement to deepen our understanding of God's purpose in our lives."
